We specialize in helping organizations that have from 1 to 25 computers, and assist in keeping up with the many aspects of operating a small computer network on a daily basis without an on-site support staff.

How long have we been here:

We have been serving small businesses and small non-profits in the Atlanta area since 1999 as a jack-of-all-trades in keeping things running smoothly. We have several customers we have served for that entire 25 year period.

What makes us different:

We focus on friendly service and pride ourselves on being someone you can talk to and have your questions answered in a way that makes sense. Technology has changed greatly over time so the specifics have changed, but our goal of fast, friendly, helpful service with plain explanations to back it up has remained the same.

How have we kept customers for 25 years:

We generate loyalty by being open to helping with whatever our small business customers need, from services like email and Wifi and networking to hardware purchasing, set up, troubleshooting and repair, to more unusual situations -- so they don't have to worry about where to go to find help. We offer friendly explanations, not tech-speak. We are frugal and respect the fact that we are spending other people's money when we make recommendations. We don't take commissions -- we give our best honest advice. Running someone else's computer system requires integrity because it gives access to a lot of confidential information. We have always respected that trust. Finally, unlike some computer support options, we are reliable and will always get back to you and will always pick up the phone. We go out of our way to help in emergency situations so weekends and nights are not a problem. We are commmitted to help. We'll even reset your clocks when Daylight Savings Time changes, if we're there. That's a free bonus.
